Instructions
An important skill of a technical
writer is how to write instructions the user can easily follow.
In this section are two projects,
one an individual revision project of a manual, and the other a team project
on instructions for a common e-mail program.
Both projects demonstrate an
ability to create good step-by-step instructions that are easy for users
to follow, which is the most important aspect of instruction writing.
They also demonstrate my ability to work on a project either alone or
in collaboration with a team.
