Hotmail User Guide

Each taking a quarter of the assigned tasks, our team of 4 created an online instructions manual for Hotmail. It demonstrates effective use of hyperlinks within the document by providing two methods for users to find the section desired. I like the clear illustrations imported from Hotmail, making it easier for our users to follow the step-by-step instructions.

We had to create the guide on a separate web site, but if we had been developing it for MSN, we would have integrated the guide within the Hotmail program itself.

"Managing Your Inbox" was the section of the Guide that I was responsible for creating.
