VERIFICATION TEST FOR THE HOTMAIL USER GUIDE

Below the list of tasks is a questionnaire regarding your experience
following the instructions. Please fill out the questionnaire, adding
any comments that come to mind, and return it to me via an e-mail

TASKS
- Follow the instructions on how to sign-up to Hotmail, creating
an e-mail account.
- In the Address Book in Hotmail, add at least one personal e-mail
address for sending e-mails.
- For User Options, set up the account for filtering incoming
mail to one or more specific folders.
- Block senders' e-mail addresses. First, block senders from the
main Inbox screen. Then block a sender after reading a received
e-mail.
QUESTIONNAIRE
- Did you complete the sign-up process smoothly, or were there
any areas that were difficult to understand? Please explain.
- Were you able to add an individual e-mail address smoothly and
without errors, or did you stumble upon some difficulties? Was
the process clear?
